Phantom Decks

I have been playing for quite a bit now and had finished the story mode I believe a week or two ago. Shortly after that I bought a bunch of packs and started making decks and wanting a fresh start I deleted all the starter decks that had been populating my deck list. Recently I have been seeing the story mode decks resurface in my decklist but with the red lock on them meaning I cannot redelete theme or interact with them at all. There were originally just 2 but today I logged in and now there are 5 decks that are not mine and are locked from me. While this doesnt seem to be affecting my game play at all I would like to not have the clutter and if the game does have a limit on the number of decks you can have I am effectively losing 5 slots at the moment.
